Club governance and management workshops are ideally suited for club licensees, directors, executives and staff who want to have a better understanding of club governance and legislation.
Agenda topics include the final stage of the amendments to the Registered Clubs Act including recommendations by IPART, new Liquor Act and the policy statement of the Director of Liquor and Gaming.
The workshop includes an interactive panel discussion involving local industry representatives focusing on simplifying compliance for smaller clubs, working with the regulator; and looming issues.
All club licensees, directors, compliance managers, club auditors and staff and security are invited to attend.
