Registered clubs

Our office is responsible for implementing and enforcing the laws relating to registered clubs in NSW, as outlined in the Registered Clubs Act 1976 and subsequent amendments.

The registered clubs pages provide important information about the laws, and governance and accountability requirement for registered clubs in NSW. They are relevant to both people working in the industry and to the wider community.

These pages also provide links to registered clubs-related application forms including self audit checklists, approval to be a manager and other relevant forms.

The NSW Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing serves the NSW government and community by regulating the liquor, gaming, racing and charity sectors.
We are a part of the Department of the Arts, Sport and Recreation.

OLGR's website is progressively being updated to reflect the changes following the introduction of new liquor laws in NSW from 1 July 2008.
