Trade promotions
A business can conduct a free-entry trade promotion lottery, where winners are determined by chance, to promote its products or services. A business may be a sole proprietor, a partnership or a company. A business must hold a permit for this lottery.

- Schedule of winners of prizes over $10,000 (Word 36kb) - For competitions with an individual prize valued at over $10,000, complete and retain this form - you do not need to send the form to us.
- Scrutiniser′s declaration form (Word 26kb) - For competitions with a total prize value over $10,000 per draw, a scrutiniser must witness the prize draw. The scrutiniser must also complete and retain this form - you do not need to send the form to us.
